I’m convinced that Eddie is hands down, the best in the paintless dent repair business. I made an account on yelp just so I can give him a 5 star review. Here’s my story:

Someone had backed into the door of my Lexus IS300 and it created about a big and relatively deep dent. I looked online and decided to head to Dent Time based on the testimonials, before/after pictures, and the fact that the owner Myke had been in the business for 17 years and even trains people for PDR. I dropped my car off and was told it would be ready in about 4 hours. I received a call about an hour later with him saying he couldn’t remove the dent and I had to go to a body shop because the metal just bounced back and forth when he tried to push it out.

I decided to get a second opinion and went to Eddie because I wanted to avoid getting a new door and paint at a body shop as OEM paint/material is always the best (new door also would lead to diminished value of the car…). Long story short, he took the time to explain to me in detail his methods and said he could do the job, but would need a couple days to do it right. I went to pick it up today and wow, his work is truly amazing. Before/after pictures should be posted on his website soon. I can tell Eddie really enjoys his line of work and will take the time to do something correctly. It’s hard to find people like him in today’s world where most businesses are concerned about maximum time/profit ratio (very understandably so).
